The first speaker will be William “Bix” Cox.
Mr. Cox is one of the most experienced and utilized right of way appraisers in the state. He also served as past Chapter President as well as former Region Chair. Mr. Cox will be presenting how the right of way agent can explain an appraisal to a property owner
Will Berkley
Our second presenter will be Will Berkley.
Mr. Berkley is also a skilled and experienced appraiser who has done work for Transportation Cabinet and other projects all over the state. He is also an experienced and highly regarded expert witness for the Cabinet. Mr. Berkley will present to us the purpose and use of appraisals in court testimony.
