President
Jamey Cash, P.E.
Jamey Cash oversees Strand Associates' municipal discipline in their Louisville, Kentucky office, where he applies his 20 years of experience to manage engineering and right of way acquisition projects. Jamey is a key member of Strand's right of way staff that helps serve the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, local municipalities, and various utilities. His design experience with roadway, sidewalk, and utility improvements give him a unique insight into overall project development that facilitates coordination between the acquisition and design staff and property owner communications. He has 15 years of experience in the right of way field as a project manager and acquisition agent where he negotiated with Owners and representatives of residential, commercial, agricultural, and special use properties. Jamey has been an IRWA member for a number of years and currently serves as Chapter 25 President!
Hunter Stewart
Hunter currently serves as a Senior Appraiser at Newmark Valuation & Advisory. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, he has appraised properties ranging from standard residential properties to farms and even special use properties. He has handled issues including roadway and utility projects, natural gas transmission pipelines, environmental issues, and both external and functional obsolescence. Completing reports for litigation, eminent domain, and tax purposes in Kentucky. Hunter is currently pursuing higher designation and is currently a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute.
Hunter is currently serving as the Treasurer for IRWA Chapter 25.

Kari Stockdale
Kari Stockdale is a dedicated Right of Way (ROW) Specialist based in Lexington, Kentucky, and is part of the Egis Group (formerly Lochner) with experience supporting transportation projects through every phase of right of way acquisition. She works closely with property owners, consultants, and project teams to support timely acquisitions all while maintaining respectful, productive relationships with them. Kari excels at balancing project objectives with the needs and concerns of property owners, navigating complex property issues, and is committed to achieving successful outcomes for all parties involved. As a Right of Way professional, she contributes to projects that enhance communities and improve public services throughout the region. Prior to that, Kari was a kitchen and bathroom designer, and she loves doing artwork and tailoring/design.
Kari is currently serving as the Treasurer for IRWA Chapter 25.

Amanda Murphy-Sanders, RWA
Amanda Murphy-Sanders, RWA, is a Right-of-Way Agent at Qk4, Inc. Amanda unexpectedly discovered the Right-of-Way field but quickly found that it offered the perfect blend of challenge, variety, and opportunity for professional growth. Amanda was previously employed with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (District 5), where she expanded her knowledge in acquisitions and relocations. Prior to that, Amanda has a background that includes real estate, legal work, and property research for appraisers on a major infrastructure development in South Dakota. Amanda graduated from the University of Louisville in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys horseback riding and cheering on the Louisville Cardinals, Green Bay Packers, and Cincinnati Reds. She is passionate about traveling and has twice had the privilege of participating as a Group Study Exchange Student in Argentina and Japan.
Amanda is currently serving as the Secretary for IRWA Chapter 25.

Orie Dobson, SR/WA
Orie Dobson is a 2001 graduate of the University of Kentucky. He has served the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet since 2009, working as a Right-Of-Way Agent in District 11 since 2013. Prior to that, he worked in the journalism field, mostly for The Manchester Enterprise in Manchester, Ky. He is a 2020 SR/WA and enjoys the acquisition, appraisal, relocation and property management specializations. In his spare time he follows the Chicago Cubs and NASCAR and plays amateur auto mechanic.
Orie is currently serving as the 2-year International Director for IRWA Chapter 25.
